What is Cinnamon?

Cinnamon is a natural sweetener and an extremely prevalent brown spice which is widely grown throughout Central America, South America, and parts of Southeast Asia. It is has been on the market for thousands of years simply because of its delicious taste, strong flavor and pungency.

Cinnamon grows from the inner bark of the Cinnamomum trees. In order to obtain the strongest cinnamon, the bark of the tree must be removed, peeled, dried, flattened, and then rolled into hard tubular cylinders so as to maximize the aroma and taste of the cinammon.

In addition, cinnamon has many nutrients which make you feel better, more relaxed and zen-ful.
